Our latest enhancement to Coastal Fresh is our HACCP certified development and production kitchen Coastal Fresh Cuts. This facility is equipped to formulate, test and produce on a commercial scale a range of products including, Stocks, sauces, and soups, marinades, stocks and dressings along with a full range of slow cooked meats. We source all of the raw ingredients and work alongside your chefs to ensure absolute product consistency.

Our in-house QA handle all testing and packaging requirements and we are able to deliver a product that ensures no waste for you while drastically reducing your labour costs while maintaining product consistency across multiple sites or sales outlets.

We cater to key markets such as hospitality and entertainment, childcare, aged care, hospitals and schools whereby we can meet the challenges of labour shortages, skill limitations and restricted space means that kitchens are consistently under pressure to meet the needs of their clients.
